These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Toaast application and related services ("Services") operated by CastlePlan AB ("Company," "we," "us"), a company registered in Sweden.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
Toaast is a group greeting card platform for the workplace. It lets teams create, sign, and send digital cards for birthdays, farewells, anniversaries, and other workplace moments. The Services are available through https://toaast.co and related applications. The Services are intended for users who are at least 16 years old.
You will need to register to use the Services. You agree to:
We may remove or reclaim usernames, subdomains, or accounts at our discretion.
Toaast offers a free tier and paid plans (Business and Growth), as well as a Lifetime Deal during our beta period.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by Stripe.
To cancel, use your account settings or contact us at support@toaast.co. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Lifetime Deals are one-time payments that provide access to the corresponding plan for as long as the Services are operational.
We may change subscription fees with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will not be affected until their next renewal period.
Due to the digital nature of the Services, payments are generally non-refundable. We may issue refunds at our sole discretion within 14 days of purchase.
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including software, text, graphics, designs, themes, stickers, and trademarks — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without our written permission.
You retain ownership of the content you create on the Services (messages, card configurations). By creating content on Toaast, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the Services.

Toaast is a place to celebrate people. If you're here to support, appreciate, or brighten someone's day, you're exactly where you should be. If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
By using Toaast as part of a paid plan, you grant CastlePlan AB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your company's logo and trademarks ("Client Marks") on our website and in marketing materials, solely to indicate that you are a customer of Toaast.
You may request that we discontinue use of your Client Marks by emailing support@toaast.co. We will evaluate such requests in good faith and aim to comply within a reasonable timeframe.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, accurate delivery of cards, or that the Services will meet your specific needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Borås, Sweden.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
